Returns Policy And
Loyalty Rewards

We want you to feel confident shopping with us, and we truly appreciate your support of our small family business.

Returns & Exchanges​

​

  • All discounted or sale items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Returns on regularly priced merchandise are accepted within 14 days of purchase or receipt.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.

  • We do not offer cash refunds. Approved returns will be issued as store credit or exchange only.

  • Manufacturer defects may be eligible for replacement or exchange within the manufacturer’s warranty period. Additional payment may apply when exchanging for a higher-priced item.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Custom orders

  • Used items

  • Installed products

  • Cut materials or special-order items

  • Live fish or live plants

​

Because live fish and aquatic plants are sensitive to water conditions, weather, transport, and care after purchase, we cannot offer a formal guarantee on live goods. However, we truly care about the success of your pond and water garden. If an issue arises, please contact us. Depending on the situation, we may be able to work with you toward a solution at our discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.

  • Earn 1 point for every $1 spent

  • Receive $10 off your next purchase once you reach 200 points

  • All in-store purchases qualify except pond liner purchases
